Sokolva’s Unicorn Build

BUILD

BODY: Celestial Resonator

Runs at a fast pace.

I like this body a lot because it is the fastest body yet released.  For my play style, the faster, the better, because I like to be moving as quickly as possible in order to get points quickly too.  The faster I run, the faster my score goes up.  I also like to move quickly, because it is more thrilling for me.  I like the obstacles and land masses to come at me really fast, and to have to react very quickly.

MANE & TAIL: Celestial Plume

Jumps Seven times, further.

This is my favorite mane and tail choice because it allows me to jump more times than any other mane.  It may seem like one air jump isn’t a big deal, but it has saved my life before, especially in the early game when I am trying to leap continuously through hoops without touching land in order to rack up score multipliers.  Also, its a really cool looking mane that looks like some kind of blue flame  jetting out behind my unicorn.  I prefer manes that allow me to jump further because I like the longer arc of the jump; it feels more graceful and natural, and allows me to not have to waste so many air jumps to make it to a given location.

WINGS: Void Wings

Ascends quickly.

I have always preferred the wings that ascend quickly, so that I can react as quickly as possible to oncoming obstacles and get out of the way.  I like each wing flap to accomplish something and lift my unicorn significantly.  These are my favorite wings, and it is hard to really explain exactly why, or how they are different.  I can just tell that they feel different than other wings that ascend quickly, and that they seem to ascend much faster than other wings.  Each wing beat seems to be the perfect duration and lift my unicorn the perfect amount for me.  It feels really comfortable and I have gotten good at knowing exactly how fast I have to press the button to beat my wings over various obstacles.

I also try to never land, and to constantly keep flying as long as possible.  I collect hoops until I have the maximum score multiplier of 9x, and then as I run my score gets multiplied 9x faster.  Even the distance score is affected by this, so its a really good strategy to get a lot of points as quickly as possible, especially since I built this unicorn to go very fast.

HORN: Void Piercer

Dashes for a long length.

This was the first horn that dashes for a long length that I really liked, because it is long enough to get me through dangerous patches during the run but not too long so that it cannot recharge in time.  That said, it does still have a longer recharge  time than short dashing horns, so I have learned to time the recharge well and know when I can dash a crystal or giant and when I need to try to avoid it.  Of course, landing allows for faster recharge time, but my strategy is to try to touch the ground as little as possible so that I can keep my score multiplier constantly rising and get points as quickly as possible.

TRAIL: Laser Drive

Accelerates fast.

Once again, my focus when choosing a trail was speed.  I wanted to accelerate quickly so I could fly as soon as possible.  This trail is the fastest one I’ve found, and allows me to fly soon after the start of the run.  Also looks really cool behind my unicorn and allows me to see it easily on most levels, as it is a blaze of white behind.

Robot Unicorn 2 Videos

This was one of the first videos released about Robot Unicorn Attack 2.  It is a casual showcase of the game by two IGN members, one of which is a fan of it.  Since then, much content has been added to the game and many changes have been made, yet the core game has remained unchained and is still largely faithful even to the first game.  I hope this video demonstrates how the game looks and plays for those of you who have not seen it.

This is a review of RUA2 done while the reviewer was eating a Chocolate Habanero Pepper, and then a normal Habanero.  Enjoy 😛

The battle between Inferno and Rainbow

About Team Rainbow and Inferno

Team Inferno and Team Rainbow are the two groups you may join once you reach the first few levels in RUA2.  You must choose one of these two, and there is no middle ground.  Team Rainbow appears to be the unicorns of harmony, rainbows, and beauty.  Team Inferno unicorns are dark, fiery, chaotic, and look much more fearsome.  The two seem to represent “light” and “dark” respectively, and yet because such little information is given on the two, it is impossible to truly  discern whether either fit into the typical categories of “good” and “bad”.  It is very possible there is a gray area between the two, that while Team Rainbow appears to be typically “good” and Inferno “bad”, there is a lot more to this battle than meets the eye.  Because of the lack of information, you are free to fill in the missing lore for yourself!  For my part I like to think of Team Inferno as a kind of rebel force rising up against Team Rainbow for some reason.  You can imagine whatever you like!  If anyone has further info or theories I’d love to hear them in the comments!

Gameplay Differences Between Teams

daily global competition between the teams

daily global competition between the teams

There aren’t many changes to the game based on which team you pick.  If you choose Inferno, the score multiplying rings you jump through in the levels will become a fiery orange color.  Your dash attack will leave a blaze of fire behind you.  If you choose Team Rainbow your dash will leave rainbows streaming behind, and the rings you jump through will be lit with brilliant rainbows.

A few words of encouragement

A few words of encouragement

However, aside from these cosmetic differences there are deeper, more important changes.  There is a battle held each day between the teams, where the team that dashes the most stars wins.  Each member of the winning team is awarded with Unicorn Tears for their victory.  Even if you do not participate in the battle yourself, if you sign on to the game as the battle ends you will be rewarded if your team won.  Once you join a team, every star that you dash will go  towards the global efforts of your team.  You can choose to be a traitor, and betray your team, for a price of Unicorn Tears.  However, then you have to live with the knowledge that you  are a traitor forever.

The Seven Worlds

photo

The Current 3 Worlds

There are hints that there will be seven worlds total in Robot Unicorn Attack 2. So far, 3 have been released; Sky World, Ice World, and Lava World. Sky World is the beginning world that every player starts out with. RUA2 is a free to play game, and this world is free. Ice World has to be unlocked by gaining levels and by spending Unicorn Tears, the collectible in-game currency that is found throughout every level. Ice World can therefore be unlocked without any real money spend whatsoever. Lava World, which was released in April, 2014, is the first world that requires an in-app purchase, and a fairly costly one too, at $4.99. However, for fans of the series, giving Adult Swim 5 bucks for their amazing free game doesn’t feel like a bad thing at all. Each of the world in RUA2 are unique, and have their own patterns and style, though each have the same enemies, collectibles, and land masses.

Sky World

Sky World

Sky World

This is the starting world. Modeled after the original Robot Unicorn Attack, it is a world of rainbows, sunshine, and harmony, with bright happy colors and warm, desert-like pink rock. The giants here are golems of the red rock with huge white crystals jutting out of their backs. The fairies are pink, and glow with a warm brightness. In the background, you can see below a strange, alien landscape dotted with strange stony, egg-like formations and maze-like stones. The sky is a warm pink color, a kind of sunrise. The clouds are pale and fluffy above. If you survive long enough in your run, you will see huge battle whales drift by in the background, swimming through the sky, with huge horns on their heads. If you survive even longer, you will get to see a gigantic battle seahorse also bearing a horn, and carrying on its back a huge castle that it flies with easily. Surrounding it are many small baby seahorses that fly through the sky around it. Far in the distance you can occasionally see a distant floating castle unveiled through the clouds, with water pouring freely from the floating mountains in the sky.

Ice World

Ice World

Ice World

In many ways, the opposite of Sky World, this land is a frozen, barren place that is nevertheless full of brilliance and beauty. Everything is covered in snow and ice, the ground a gigantic frozen tundra. Unlike Sky World, Ice World is in a perpetual night, and the stars shine brightly. In the sky above glows a sinister, cracked, lava-ridden planet, looming as though it is about to crash into the ice below. This may be an outside view of the nearby Lava World. In the background there is either two huge ice wolves howling together, or else a giant barn owl staring at the unicorn as you run. There are also the snowy versions of the battle whale and seahorse in this world that will drift by as a reward to you for surviving long enough.

Lava World

Lava World

Lava World

Whereas the first two worlds clearly seem to belong to Team Rainbow, Lava World is definitely a world controlled by Team Inferno. Fire rains down from the heavens and lava spews from every rock surface. Lightning

flashes through a sky full of war whales covered in spikes and skeletons of whales who died. The battle seahorses of this world are draconic creatures oozing molten rock, carrying cocoon-like boulders on their backs. Of all the worlds, this one has the most laser geysers in it, and all the Solar Beams of the Giants are bright red. The fairies also emit a bloody color in their light, and only the crystals containing star force, that most powerful and precious commodity in the Robot Unicorn universe, remains in its pure form.

Boosts

About Boosts
Boosts can be bought at the start of each game for the in-game currency, Unicorn Tears (T). These Tears are represented as little blue tear shaped droplets, and can be collected throughout the level by having your unicorn touch them. They can also be purchased using money in the store, though the game is well balanced so that you should never feel the need to buy anything and can collect all the tears you need for parts in the course of the game, without grinding. Collecting these tears is easy, and it is indeed very difficult to avoid picking them up as you traverse the level, as they are everywhere. In addition, one very useful boost can draw tears, fairies, and golden retry gems to you from a distance, as though your unicorn has become a sort of vacuum. Boosts can be very useful and allow you to survive to get more tears and stars than you would without them.

It is useful to think of boosts in this way: if a boost can help you live long enough to AT LEAST replace the Tears you spent to purchase it, then it might be worth buying.  If it allows you to INCREASE your Tears by purchasing it, and survive far longer than you would otherwise, it is DEFINITELY worth it.

Collection Vacuum

Collection Vacuum

Collection Vacuum

Pulls fairies and Unicorn Tears towards you

  • As you run through the level, collectibles are pulled towards you.
  • Easily pays for itself by helping you collect more tears
  • Can help you get more points as you draw fairies towards you rather than having to touch them to get 50 points.
  • If you are using the rings to add score multipliers, these fairies can be up to 50x points each.
  • Draws golden restart Gems towards you as well; these gems allow you to continue if you crash during your run.  They are priceless.

Star Dust

Star Dust

Star Dust

Automatically Dash through one star

  • This boost can save your life in a tricky situation, and though it is one of the cheapest boosts, I have found it among the most useful.
  • It is easy to accidentally crash into a star and die in this game. This boost will save your life one time from what would be a fatal accident and one of the most common causes of death in the game.
  • Also, it gives you the points from the star you dashed through!

Long Trot

Long Trot

Long Trot

Takes twice the time to reach top speed

  • This is a useful boost if you want to remain slow and steady for as long as possible.
  • For those players who don’t like their unicorn to go fast, or who find it difficult to react to the obstacles when going top speed, this boost can help to slow down the process of acceleration as long as possible.

Cosmic Power
Dash through one obstacle. “Get this boost if you join Team Rainbow today!”

(This boost is essentially incentive to get members of Team Inferno to go traitor and join Team Rainbow. It is a new boost that was not around after the games release but was later instituted after Team Inferno was found to be winning every single daily competition and to be gathering many more stars. Once you reach a certain level in Robot Unicorn Attack 2, you are asked to choose a side; either Team Inferno, or Team Rainbow. Rainbow has access to this boost, a thing I have never tried myself, having been in Team Inferno since the beginning. I have seen it used, however, and appears to be a kind of free save, that rescues you from obstacles you would otherwise hit. If this is truly what the boost does, it is a very powerful one indeed, and an attempt to give Team Rainbow an advantage in the daily competitions. If anyone has more information on this boost, I would love to hear your comments!)

Another Jump
Use this extra jump in the air
(pretty self explanatory, this boost allows you to jump once more in the air)

Past Wish Trail

Past Wish Trail

Past Wish Trail

Shows the trail of your previous wish

  • Allows you to see the path you took in your previous wish, or “life”, before you crashed.
  • Can be used to either avoid the obstacle or area that gave you trouble, or to help you find an area that you wish to return to.
  • Help guide where you are going.

Dashing Start

Dashing Start

Dashing Start

An immediate head start

  • This boost immediately shoots you forward in the level and gives you a “head start”, setting you ahead by several thousand points.
  • You are also moving slower once you finally start playing, than you would otherwise be moving that far in the level, as you would normally be constantly accelerating to your maximum speed.

Giant Slayer

Giant Slayer

Giant Slayer

Automatically Dash through one Giant

  • A boost that functions much like the “Star Dust” boost, this saves you from crashing into one giant and dashes through it instead.
  • Can be helpful if giants are giving you trouble, and you tend to hit them a lot.
  • However, if you are having trouble dealing simply with their laser beam attacks, there is another boost that serve you better, the “Solar Reflector”, which I will discuss later in this post.

First Flight

First Flight

First Flight

Fly straight away, without needing top speed

  • Will allow you to fly without needing to accelerate.
  • You will start off flying at a far slower speed than you would otherwise, and this can be easier to navigate to those new to the flight mechanic.
  • Useful for flight practice, for those who are new to wings
  • Useful for those who do not want to have to go through the process of acceleration and jumping before flight can be achieved.

Collection Gravity

Collection Gravity

Collection Gravity

Strongly pulls fairies and Unicorn Tears toward you.

  • This boost is simply the stronger version of “Collection Vacuum”, and therefore more expensive.
  • However, its higher cost is well worth it, as it draws tears, fairies, and restart gems towards your unicorn from a far greater distance.
  • You can be quite far away from these collectibles and they will still shoot towards you from all over the map.
  • However, be warned, for those not used to this boost the animation of all these gems, tears, and fairies shooting towards you unicorn can be distracting!

Gallow’s Gallop

Gallows

Gallows Gallop

Accelerate to top speed in half the time

  • Essentially the opposite of the “Long Trot” boost, as it causes you to accelerate much more quickly.
  • Useful for players who want to reach their maximum speed faster in order to fly
  • Reach top speed as quickly as possible.
  • If you simply wish to fly as quickly as possible, “First Flight” might be a more useful boost for you, though it is also more costly.

Solar Reflector

Solar Reflector

Solar Reflector

Makes you immune to the Solar Beams of Giants

  • By far my favorite boost, this is an expensive but very valuable help in the game.
  • The reason for this is not simply in its listed use; though protecting your unicorn from the solar beams of Giants is very useful in and of itself, this very powerful boost does a lot more than that.
  • There are many laser geysers throughout the various levels, though there are more in the Ice and Lava Worlds. This boost makes you immune to these as well, so that you do not need to dash through them anymore.

Part V: The Trail

About the Trail

A unicorn with the "Laser Drive" trail

A unicorn with the “Laser Drive” trail

The last item of customization, and yet very important in its own right, the trail of your unicorn determines acceleration. This is different than speed, which is determined by the unicorn body; the trail merely affects how quickly your unicorn reaches maximum speed. A fast acceleration can be used to get your unicorn flying as quickly as possible, while a slow acceleration can draw out the time your unicorn is large on the screen and moving slowly through the obstacles.

  • As your unicorn accelerates, it grows smaller on the map and your depth and width of vision increases.  You can see more above, below, before and behind you, giving more of a chance to react to obstacles.
  • The faster you accelerate, the faster you fly, but also the faster wide spaces will appear between land masses and you will grow smaller.
  • Your preference of fast vs. slow acceleration is a largely personal one and depends on your play style.

Part IV: The Horn

About unicorn horns
Your choice of unicorn horn is very important. This is the sword by which you will crash through the giants, crystals, and dangers of this world. Your choice of horn will determine how long your dash is.

The dash attack

The dash attack

  • Horns that dash for a “quick length”, give short bursts to their dash attacks. However, though these dashes do not last long, the dash recharges very quickly, sometimes even instantaneously, and allows you to charge again.
  • Horns that dash for a “moderate length” have a dash duration that is medium, but recharge fairly quickly and enable you to charge fairly soon after your last dash attack.
  • Horns that dash for a “long length” have very long dash durations, which can be useful for a certain play style and to get over obstacles that can be difficult to avoid otherwise. However, they have very long recharge times, and it will be a while before you are able to dash again.

REMEMBER: Despite these three clear divisions, the horn dash lengths are much less simple than they appear. Each horn dashes its own length, and has its own recovery time. It is valuable to try them all to get a feel of what your personal preference is, and which horn is your favorite.

Part III: Wings

About Unicorn Wings
Wings are the only optional body part of your unicorn, and you may choose to forgo them if you wish. However, wings bring with them their own unique possibilities and play style, and it is very worthwhile to become skilled with flight. Each wing functions differently, some subtly, others drastically so.

You cannot fly until you reach maximum speed in the game. When this occurs, pressing the jump button when airborne causes your unicorn to flap its wings and gain altitude. Holding the jump button causes the fastest, continual flight upward possible. Pressing the jump button causes a continual flap of wings, with each press becoming a flap. In this way, you can control your ascent and decent, and carefully modulate where your unicorn flies. It can be a tricky skill to master at first, as you will not even get a chance to practice unless you survive until you reach maximum speed (unless you pay for the boost that allows you to start off flying without needed maximum speed). However, once it is mastered it is a very useful skill that can enable you to evade many obstacles and not have to worry about every running out of the finite number of air jumps that the mane and tail can give you.

There are two different styles of wings:

  • Wings that ascend gracefully rise more slowly and have more delicate, “graceful” looking wing flaps. They are more easy to keep in a straight line, as they do not dive and lift as quickly. They have a subtler action.
  • The wings that ascend quickly, on the other hand, have stronger wing beats that lift your unicorn faster. If you wish for a wing where each wing beat will make you rise steeply or dive quickly, this is the wing style for you.
  • EACH wing flies differently than the others. Some have either a steeper rise or a faster wing flap or fall. It is valuable to try many different wings to find your favorite one, and there is no one wing that is “best”. In this case, it is once again up to your own personal preference and play style.

Part II: Mane and Tail

PART II: MANE & TAIL
The mane and tail of the unicorn affects how many times it may jump in the air, (this does not count the first jump from the ground) and in some cases the length of the jump. Whereas it is difficult to say which horn, wings, or body is “best” because it comes down to personal opinion and play style, this isn’t true when it comes to mane and tail. It is better, in every situation that I can think of, to be able to jump as many times as possible. You don’t have to use the extra jumps if you don’t need them, but one of the most common ways of dying while not in flight is to run out of air-jumps and die from the fall. The more jumps you have, the better the chance of not running out. However, whether you prefer to have jumps that last longer, or that last shorter, is up to you and once again, a play style choice.

The number of jumps listed only refers to “air jumps” or jumps made after the initial jump from the ground.  Air jumps recharge fully after a dash attack!

Part I: Unicorn Bodies

There are many customizable parts in RUA2 that allow you to modify your unicorn to fit your personal style. Though each part has a simplistic description of how it affects the unicorn’s performance as a whole, there is still a large amount of variation. For example, there are many unicorn bodies that are described to allow the unicorn to go at a “moderate” speed, but each of these go at their own speed. Because of this I have tested each part and ranked them in comparison with the others, in order to provide a sense of how each part really performs.

About Unicorn Bodies These are the most dramatic customization choice for your unicorn.  They affect how quickly you run, and the starting as well as the maximum speed you reach.  Each is made according to a different theme, and each is matched up with other themed body parts.  In addition to this, many of these themed parts have an opposite; for example, the U-800 is the Team Inferno version of the UV N-7 for Team Rainbow. However, how you mix and match these parts is purely up to you. There is no “best” choice so far as bodies are concerned, and each player will have their own preference for how fast they are comfortable with going in this game.   You should try every body to see how it feels.  Do not rely on descriptions alone to tell you how a given part works, because though many bodies “run at a moderate pace” for instance, each moves at a different speed.

Robot Unicorn MK II Runs at a leisurely pace

image

Robot Unicorn MK II

This is the basic unicorn body that everyone starts out with.  Its design is reminiscent of the original game, Robot Unicorn attack, where you play as a silvery unicorn with a rainbow mane that is quite simple in design.  This body runs at a leisurely pace, and is one of the slower bodies in the game.  This gives newer players more time to react to obstacles, and makes it one of the easiest bodies to use in the game.  It appears to be a generic unicorn body, and can be made to look either like a Team Inferno or Team Rainbow unicorn depending on the mane and tail it is given.  However, it can also be viewed as the Rainbow counterpart to the first body that you can purchase, the Iron Pegasus.

Iron Pegasus Runs at a moderate pace

Iron Pegasus

Iron Pegasus

This is the cheapest unicorn body you can purchase, and used to be the first unlock when the game still worked with level unlocks for body parts.  Nowadays it is simply the easiest body to buy for an early player without many Unicorn Tears.  It is also the first obviously Team Inferno unicorn on the list.  Black metal, fiery,  and with glowing red eyes, this unicorn is reminiscent of the  offshoot  game, Robot Unicorn Attack Heavy Metal, that took place in a world full of fire, brimstone, and heavy metal music.  This is a unicorn body that stands for everything Inferno.  It runs faster than the Robot Unicorn MK II but slower than most other bodies in the game, making it a good choice for the beginner that wants an Inferno body.

Sparkle Charmer Runs at a moderate pace

Sparkle Charmer

Sparkle Charmer

This body was part of the set introduced during Christmas 2013, the year that the game was released.  It was part of an update and was introduced  along with the Paindeer 2000 for Team Inferno.  This is the tTeam Rainbow Christmas special.  It  runs at a fairly good pace, though still slower than those unicorn bodies that run at a fast pace.  It is graceful and crystalline when it runs, like a snowy night.

Celestial Resonator Runs at a fast pace

Celestial

Celestial Resonator

This body is the most recent release from Adult Swim, and it is THE fastest running body in the game.  As the fastest body of all, it is therefore one of the most “advanced” of bodies, traveling through the level and over obstacles very quickly.  The benefit of this is that your score will go up more quickly.  The downside is that your reaction time has to be much faster to survive for any amount of time.  It is difficult to determine what Team this body is aligned with, as it seems rather cosmic and nebulous, like it it is beyond such divisions.  This is a beautiful and mysterious unicorn to watch in motion.

Paindeer 2000 Runs at a fast pace

Paindeer 2000

Paindeer 2000

The Inferno part of the Christmas 2013 update, this unicorn is really more of a reindeer.  An evil, scary, “Nightmare Before Christmas” kind of reindeer.  This robot runs at a quick clip, though it is not as fast as many of the other fast moving bodies.  For those who want a body that runs fast but not too fast, this deer might be for you.

Wrath Mare Runs at a fast pace

Wrath Mare

Wrath Mare

The Wrath Mare is the Inferno counterpart of the Solar Chariot, and runs almost as quickly, though it is slightly slower.  It appears to have a dark, middle-aged fantasy theme to it.  It is a thickly built unicorn that nevertheless charges very quickly.  This is a unicorn for more experienced users because of its speed, which is among the fastest in the game.  It was part of a release after the game came out in which more bodies and parts were provided for players.

Solar Chariot Runs at a fast pace

Solar Chariot

Solar Chariot

The Solar Chariot is the second fastest unicorns in the game, with a running speed second only to the Celestial Resonator.  Regardless, this body is extremely fast, far faster than almost all other bodies in the game.  It has a clear ancient Egyptian theme to it, from the pharaoh mask-face to the horn, which is the same shape as the swords Ancient Egypt was famous for.  This is an ideal body for those who wish to go fast in order to raise points quickly.  However, those with slow reaction times  or unused to the game would do better to choose a slower body that would give them more time to react to obstacles.

U-800 Runs at a moderate pace

d

U-800

This is an Inferno unicorn that is very reminiscent of the Terminator.  So get on this unicorns back if you want to live, this is a body that moves at a good, steady pace.  A perfect middle-ground unicorn for those who want a body that is faster than the leisurely bodies and yet not so fast as the fastest.  It is also less expensive than many other unicorn bodies, allowing intermediate players to be able to  purchase it and move through the levels faster than they had before.

UV N-7 Runs at a fast pace

This is the Team Rainbow counterpart of the U-800, and it runs faster than it.  This is a unicorn that reminded me of Portal and the robots in Portal 2 as soon as I saw it.  Something about those white, clean lines mixed with the black  wires and insides.  In any case, this was my favorite unicorn body for quite a while as an intermediate player, as it was my first body that moved fast.  It was once I got this body that I really started to master the game, and I have many good memories of using it.  This body moves much faster than the ones before it (at least, in the original release of the game before the Christmas special and the Solar Chariot).  It is a good pace that makes you really feel like you are covering ground, and yet is not  nearly as fast as the fastest bodies in the game, making this a good step up.  But as I said before, there is no best body, as it comes down to personal preference and play style when you build your unicorn.  You may find you prefer the slower ones, or the moderate ones, or that you only like a specific body because it is the perfect speed for you.  Each unicorn is different, and to each, their own.

Pageant Princess Runs at a leisurely pace

Princess Pageant

Pageant Princess

This is the slowest unicorn body in the game, the only unicorn slower than the first unicorn, the Robot Unicorn MK II.  It looks a lot like a pony from MLP in its design, and this may or may not have been purposeful.  Adult Swim appears to be intentionally referencing in this game  with their unicorns.  Regardless though, this Team Rainbow unicorn is the most “cute” styled unicorn in the  game, and looks almost like something right out of the Barbie princess section in a Toys R Us.  If you like slow moving bodies, than this is for you.  It moves so slowly that  the jumps are much more  vertical than the  other bodies, with a steeper rise and fall, and each wing beat has more of an up and down motion regardless  of wings.

Void Maker Runs at a fast pace

Void Maker

Void Maker

This body is the dethroned, former king of speed.  The Void Maker was once the ultimate, fastest body in the game.  In the original release of RUA2, this body was the final unlock (because back then, you had to unlock unicorn parts by getting a high enough level before you could buy it with your Tears).  However, now it has been displaced by several other, faster unicorns, such as the Solar Chariot, Wrath mare, and Celestial Resonator.  however, it is a beautiful design for a Team Inferno unicorn, and certainly looks the part of  a final unlock.  It appears almost dragon-like, with a writhing, sinuous appearance to its body and mane.  There is something dangerous and threatening about its appearance in a mores subtle way than the other fire streaming Inferno unicorns.  For a long time this was my favorite body in the game, along with all the rest of its parts.  I used it for a long time until other, faster bodies were released, and then I experimented and switched to  those.  Nowadays when I go back to playing with this body for nostalgias sake, it feels  slow in comparison.  And yet there was a time when it was the fastest and it seemed amazingly fast compared to every other body.  This is still a great choice for those who want speed but not the fastest speed, or even for  those who just love the way this body looks.
